JURA has always believed in repairing things rather than throwing them away. Our products are designed such that they can be dismantled, worn or faulty parts can be replaced and the machines can be reassembled, even after many years. Wherever possible, components are reconditioned and reused.
With a worldwide network of service factories, Hospitality Centers, 24/7 service stations and authorised service centres, we offer efficient service and local availability in all markets in which JURA is represented.
New products are backwards-compatible, ensuring that older product generations can benefit from new developments and quality enhancements. This approach also means that we can provide spare parts and repair services for many years.
